During his long career, J. D. has handled a wide variety of litigation and cases, including Personal Injury, Criminal Defense, Family Law, Real Estate Law, and Banking Law. Also, for many years, J. D. has engaged in Probate and Estate Planning, including the drafting of many Wills, Trusts, and Non-Probate Transfers. J. D. and his firm have been general counsel for the St. Clair County State Bank since 1979. J. D. also served on the Board of Directors for the Bank from 1985 until 2012. J.D. is a proud member of the Missouri Bar Association, the 27th Circuit Bar Association, and the Federal Court, Western District of Missouri.
