was born and raised in Osceola, Missouri and graduated from Osceola High School in 1997. He continued his education at the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) where he graduated with a Bachelor's in Liberal Arts degree in 2001 and a Masters of Arts in History in 2003. During his time in graduate school, Brandon studied in London, England through the Missouri-London Exchange Program as run by the University of Missouri in cooperation with Imperial College, London, where he researched British History for his graduate thesis. Brandon then attended Western Michigan University-Thomas Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2007. Brandon was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2007.
Brandon began his practice in 2007 in Osceola with his father J.D. at Baker Law Firm, L.L.C. In the spring of 2008, a branch office in Clinton, Missouri was opened where Brandon now primarily practices. Since his admission to the Bar, Brandon has handled a wide variety of cases but emphasizes his practice in the area of Juvenile and Adoption Law, Probate and Estate Planning, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Real Estate Law, Debt Collections, and Personal Injury cases.
Brandon is the lead attorney in representing the 27th Judicial Circuit Juvenile Office serving as general counsel and appearing for all juvenile court matters.
